This is a desk-research review. We did not create an account, deposit, or place a bet. Everything below comes from Rolletto’s own website and terms, the Curaçao Gaming Authority, and the UK Gambling Commission’s public register, checked on 16 October 2026.
Verdict
Rolletto.com is a real, operating sportsbook and casino under a valid Curaçao licence. But it is not licensed by the UK Gambling Commission, and we found no GB licence for it in the UKGC’s public register. That means UK players would not have the protections that GB-licensed bookmakers must provide: no GamStop self-exclusion, no UKGC complaint route, and no UKGC customer-money-protection category. For readers in Great Britain, we do not recommend it. If you are in a jurisdiction where it is legal and available to you, the practical notes below should still help.

Promotions – what is actually published
Our card previously advertised a “150% first deposit sports bonus up to £/€/$1,500”. We could not find that offer published on rolletto.com’s own promotions pages on 16 October 2026. The site’s welcome banner at that date read “DOUBLE YOUR DEPOSIT – EVERY 50TH DEPOSIT IS DOUBLED”, with country-specific exclusions in the bonus terms (“the company does not allow users from specific countries to use any deposit and welcome bonuses”). The 150% figure appears on third-party review sites, not on the operator’s site, so we are removing it from our content. Because we are not promoting this bookmaker to UK readers, we are not linking to it from this page.
Sports and markets
The site organises sports into pre-match, live, esports, racing, virtual sports and a “toto” section, plus casino, live casino and mini games. We have not verified the depth of markets event-by-event, so we make no claims about specific fixtures, odds levels or streaming availability. Treat any comparison with major UK bookmakers as something to check yourself on the day.
Deposits and withdrawals
The terms say the site offers “a variety of payment methods as well as various alternative payment methods” and direct players to support for the methods available in their country. Third-party payments are not accepted. We found no published withdrawal timeframes on the pages we reviewed, so we cannot state how fast money moves – ask support in your jurisdiction. Two terms in the T&Cs are worth knowing before anyone considers using the site:
- The company “reserves the right to deduct up to 50% of the remaining deposit as an account termination fee”.
- Funds paid out in error “will remain Our property” and can be deducted from your account – even if already withdrawn, in which case they “constitute a debt owed by You to Us”.
Customer money protection
UK-licensed operators must hold customer money under a Gambling Commission-recognised protection category (segregation, insurance or a similar arrangement). Rolletto is not UK-licensed, so none of that applies to it: your money would be protected only by the site’s own terms and by Curaçao law. That is a materially weaker position than a GB-licensed bookmaker, particularly if the operator becomes difficult to reach or ceases trading.
Support and complaints
The site lists 24/7 live chat, [email protected] and [email protected]. Complaints are, per the terms, “handled in the support department and escalated” internally – we identified no independent dispute-resolution body. A Telegram channel and Discord community are also advertised. We did not test response times, so we state no figures.
Safer gambling
Rolletto’s responsible-gaming page offers account limits, time-outs, self-exclusion for 6 months to 5 years (requested via email), and links to Gamblers Anonymous, GamCare and Gambling Therapy. However, because the site is not UKGC-licensed, GamStop does not block it: if you have self-excluded through GamStop, using this site would override that exclusion. We flag this plainly. FAQ
Is Rolletto licensed in the UK? No. We found no UK Gambling Commission licence for Rolletto in the public register (checked 16 October 2026). It holds a Curaçao Gaming Authority licence (OGL/2024/1798/1048) under Santeda International B.V.
Can UK players use it? The UK is not in the site’s list of excluded jurisdictions, and its terms put the legal-compliance question on the player (“it is the Player’s sole responsibility to inquire about the existing gambling laws”). But using it means giving up UKGC protections – including GamStop – and we therefore do not recommend it to readers in Great Britain.
How are complaints handled? Via [email protected], dealt with internally by the site’s support team under Curaçao law. We did not find an independent ADR scheme.
