Advertisement: this page is part of a commercial website, and we’ve previously promoted Rolletto through affiliate links. We’re no longer doing that for UK readers – the reason is the one finding of this review that matters most, and it’s stated plainly below. Full disclosure.

The short version

Rolletto is a real, operating bookmaker – a sportsbook with esports, live casino, slots, virtual sports and racing, run by Santeda International B.V. under a Curaçao licence (OGL/2024/1798/1048, granted August 2024, active per the regulator’s certificate). It’s not a scam operation, and its product is a functional modern betting site. But here’s the finding that shapes everything else: Rolletto holds no UK Gambling Commission licence, and there is no Rolletto entry anywhere in the UKGC’s public register (we checked the full domain and trading-name lists on 16 October 2026). For readers in Great Britain, that means no UK regulation of the operator, no GamStop coverage, no UKGC complaints backstop, and no UK customer-money-protection rules. Our earlier review claimed a UKGC licence – that was wrong, and it’s corrected here. We don’t recommend Rolletto to UK readers, and we’ve removed its promotion from this site.

Rolletto at a glance

  • Operator: Santeda International B.V., Curaçao (company no. 151296), per the Curaçao Gaming Authority’s certificate of operation.
  • Licence: CGA OGL/2024/1798/1048, granted 14 Aug 2024, status Active (cert.cga.cw, checked 16 Oct 2026).
  • UKGC: none – no rolletto domain or trading name appears in the UKGC public register (domain list of 2,227 entries + trading-name list, checked 16 Oct 2026).
  • Product: sports (pre-match, live, esports, racing, virtuals, “toto”), live casino, slots, mini games.
  • Languages: English, Spanish, German, Portuguese (BR), Italian, French, Greek, Czech – a multilingual product for multiple markets.
  • Excluded jurisdictions (its own T&Cs): Aruba, Bonaire, Curaçao, Lithuania, the Netherlands, Georgia, Saba, St Maarten, the USA and its dependencies, and FATF blacklisted countries. The UK is not on that list – which is precisely why the missing UK licence, rather than a geo-block, is the issue for GB readers.

What the product actually is

Strip away the regulation question and Rolletto is a conventional modern bookmaker: the sports section runs pre-match and live markets across the main football leagues and other sports, plus esports, virtual sports, a “toto” section and racing. The casino side carries the usual slots, live tables and mini-games from the standard white-label providers, and the whole thing runs in nine interface languages – the product is built for a multi-market, multilingual audience rather than a UK-specific one. The site is functional, the navigation is straightforward, and nothing about the product experience is unusual. The unusual part is entirely in who operates it and under which rules.

Banking – read the terms, because two of them sting

The T&Cs (version dated 27 March, captured 16 Oct 2026) describe “a variety of payment methods as well as various alternative payment methods”, with the site pointing players to support for the methods available in their country. Third-party payments are not accepted. Two clauses stand out, and we’d be failing you by not naming them:

  • The closure fee: “The Company reserves the right to deduct up to 50% of the remaining deposit as an Account termination fee.” In plain language: closing your account can cost you up to half of whatever is left in it. UK bookmakers don’t do this.
  • The error clawback: money paid out in error “will remain Our property” and can be deducted from your account – or, if already withdrawn, becomes a debt you owe them. Again, the framing is unusual; UKGC-licensed operators handle errors under their own published, regulator-supervised process.

No withdrawal timeframes were published on the pages we checked – the earlier version of this review claimed “sub-4-hour withdrawals” from a test we did not conduct, and that claim is gone. If you ever did use the site, the honest answer to “how fast is a withdrawal?” is: ask support, in writing, before you deposit.

Support and what happens when things go wrong

Support is advertised as 24/7 live chat, with [email protected] and a separate [email protected]. The T&Cs route complaints through the company’s own support department, governed by Curaçao law and the courts of Curaçao – there is no independent ADR we could identify, and nothing equivalent to the UKGC’s oversight for a dispute. For a UK reader, that’s the practical bottom line of “no UK licence”: when the money question comes, the process is the operator’s process, in a jurisdiction you’d have to go to.

The promotions – and why our card is empty

Our card used to carry a “150% first deposit bonus up to £/€/$1,500” for Rolletto. We could not find that offer published on rolletto.com when we checked on 16 October 2026 – the site’s own welcome banner read “DOUBLE YOUR DEPOSIT – EVERY 50TH DEPOSIT IS DOUBLED”, and the 150% figure appeared only on third-party review sites. A bonus figure we can’t source from the operator is a bonus we don’t print, so the promotion is removed from this site entirely. (For what it’s worth, the T&Cs note that the company “does not allow users from specific countries to use Any Deposit and Welcome bonuses” – availability varies by jurisdiction by design.)

Safety, for the record

The responsible-gaming page offers the standard self-help set – account limits, time-outs, self-exclusion for 6 months to 5 years by email request – and links to Gamblers Anonymous, GamCare and Gambling Therapy. None of that is wasted: it’s good for the people who use the site. But the absence list is the important one for GB readers: no UKGC licence, no GamStop (self-excluding through GamStop does not block Rolletto), no UK customer-money-protection category, and the T&Cs’ own words put the legal-compliance question on the player (“it is the Player’s sole responsibility to inquire about the existing gambling laws and regulations of the given jurisdiction”). A Curacao licence is a real regulator in its own territory; it is not a substitute for UK regulation if you’re in the UK.

What UK readers should do instead

If you’re in Great Britain, the functional answer is simple: the books we review on this site – Bet365, Coral, Ladbrokes, Paddy Power, William Hill, Unibet, 888 Sport, Bwin – all hold active UKGC licences you can verify in minutes in the public register, and their products (sports markets, welcome offers, banking, streaming) cover everything Rolletto’s does, with the regulator behind them. If you self-exclude via GamStop, those books will block you – which is the point. Free UK help: GambleAware, GamCare; the full picture on our safer gambling page.

Frequently asked

Is Rolletto licensed in the UK? No. It holds a Curaçao Gaming Authority licence (OGL/2024/1798/1048, active since 14 Aug 2024). There is no Rolletto entry in the UKGC public register – we checked the full domain and trading-name lists on 16 October 2026.

Is Rolletto a scam? We found no evidence of that, and we won’t claim it: the operator is identified, the Curacao licence is active, and the site is a functioning product. Calling a business “illegal” or a “scam” is a different claim from “not licensed for the UK”, and only the latter is one we can support with the register in hand.

Why does the UK not appear on its excluded-jurisdiction list? That’s the T&Cs putting the legal question on the player rather than the operator geo-blocking GB. It’s a common pattern at Curacao books and the reason a missing UK licence – not a missing geo-block – is the red flag here.

What happened to the 150% bonus? It wasn’t on rolletto.com when we checked (16 Oct 2026) – only on third-party sites. We don’t print offers we can’t source from the operator, so it’s gone from this site.

If I’ve already deposited there, what’s the exit? Read the closure-fee clause (up to 50% of remaining deposit) before requesting withdrawal, request in writing to [email protected], and keep every response. If the dispute can’t be resolved with the operator, that’s the point where the absence of an independent ADR and of UKGC oversight starts to cost you – and where a UK-licensed bookmaker would have been the safer home for the money in the first place.

Sources and dates: Curaçao Gaming Authority certificate of operation (cert.cga.cw), UKGC public register domain and trading-name lists (2,227 + 2,407 entries), and rolletto.com’s T&Cs, responsible-gaming page, about page and promotions pages – all captured 16 Oct 2026. Desk research: no account created, no deposit, no bets. We are not calling Rolletto illegal; we are stating what the register does and doesn’t contain. Corrections.
